New Plant Lighting in Our Studio
Following our research into plant lighting, this July we’ve equipped our studio with specially developed luminaires – and our office greenery is already thriving, much to our delight.
Our specialised luminaires are based on insights from our work on ornamental plant lighting and are also used in projects where plant growth plays a central role.
If you’re curious to see them in action, feel free to stop by – we’re always happy to share a glimpse behind the scenes.

lightsphere at IALD Enlighten Europe 2025
We had the pleasure of joining this year’s IALD Enlighten Europe Conference in Valencia– a truly enriching experience filled with inspiring talks, thoughtful discussions, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with the international lighting community.
From engaging presentations to spontaneous conversations in between sessions, the event offered valuable insights and new perspectives that continue to resonate with us.
Many thanks to the IALD and everyone who made these days so memorable – we’re already looking forward to the next one.

Podcast Episode: The Emotional and Biological Impact of Light
In this episode of the In Light of It All podcast, Julia Hartmann joins Xander Cadisch to talk about biophilic lighting design – and how carefully tuned light can benefit both plants and people.
An inspiring conversation for anyone working at the intersection of architecture, nature, and innovation

A New Glow for the Fürst-Johannes-Saal
For the Fürst-Johannes-Saal in Vaduz, we had the opportunity to design a new chandelier – in close collaboration with product designer Markus Bischof.
The result is both a tribute and a transformation: a contemporary interpretation of the original chandelier from 1904, reimagined through today’s design language. With a diameter of 2.2 metres, the luminaire is both a sculptural centrepiece and a beacon visible from the outside.
Crafted entirely through 3D printing using aluminium and photopolymer, it combines symbolic form with technological innovation. Its carefully tuned light scenes respond to the room and its use – connecting past and present through light.
We’re proud to have been part of this special project and look forward to sharing more insights soon.

New 3D-Printed Luminaire for Climbing Hall
Together with Print Your Light, we developed a custom 3D-printed luminaire for the new extension of the climbing hall Obloc in collaboration with bauart.
The pendant’s shade draws inspiration from mountain crystal and explores translucency, density, and structure—resulting in a unique lighting piece that reflects both the architecture and the atmosphere of movement and nature in the space.

The discussion panel at the end of the session enable an intense exchange for the sensitiv topic design fees and contracting. There is still a long way to go, but we are on a good way to increase the awareness for the profession of lighting design and its role in the building process.
